Welcome to Lifeline Bible College University (“LBCU,” “the College,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in our courses, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Failure to make payments may result in:

  • Suspension of course access

  • Withholding of certificates or transcripts

  • Termination of enrollment. 

 

Refund Policy

  • Refund eligibility and timelines will be stated at the time of enrollment.

  • Administrative or processing fees may be non-refundable.

  • No refunds may be issued after a specified period or once a certain percentage of the course has been completed.

Academic Integrity

Students are expected to:

  • Submit original work.

  • Avoid plagiarism, cheating, or falsifying assignments.

  • Follow all academic and conduct standards.

Violations may result in:

  • Assignment failure

  • Course failure

  • Suspension or dismissal from the program

7. Code of Conduct

Students must:

  • Show respect to instructors, staff, and fellow students.

  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

  • Use course materials and communication platforms responsibly.

LBCU reserves the right to suspend or remove any student who violates these standards.

8. Course Access and Materials

  • Course materials are provided for personal educational use only.

  • Students may not copy, distribute, sell, or share course content without written permission.

  • Access to online materials may be time-limited depending on the course.

Certificates and Completion

Certificates or proof of completion will be issued only when:

  • All course requirements are fulfilled.

  • Tuition and fees are paid in full.

  • Academic standards are met.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, logos, text, videos, and content are the property of Lifeline Bible College University unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for:

  • Having a reliable internet connection.

  • Maintaining compatible devices and software.

  • Protecting their login credentials.

LBCU is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end.

12. Disclaimer

  • Courses are intended for educational and spiritual development.

  • LBCU does not guarantee employment, income, or ministry placement.

  • Any business or ministry success depends on the student’s effort, circumstances, and decisions.

13. Limitation of Liability

LBCU shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of data, income, or opportunities resulting from course participation.

14. Privacy

Student information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal data without consent, except as required by law.

15. Changes to Terms

LBCU reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Termination

LBCU may suspend or terminate a student’s enrollment for:

  • Non payment

  • Academic dishonesty

  • Violation of the code of conduct

  • Any activity deemed harmful to the institution or other students
